Reasonable clamping and processing methods can also be selected to reduce cutting force and its changes, select tool data reasonably, increase rake angle and main deviation angle, and perform reasonable heat treatment on workpiece data to improve the processing performance of the data.
3、 The direct reduction of original errors method refers to the method of directly eliminating or reducing the primary original error elements that affect machining accuracy after identifying them. For example, after long-term use, the positioning of the transmission system may be misaligned due to natural wear, resulting in reverse gaps, etc.
4、 The error uniformity method is the use of closely related surfaces to compare and correct each other, or to use each other as a benchmark for processing, in order to achieve the intention of eliminating processing errors.
5、 The essence of error transfer method is the inductive error caused by the adjustment error, stress deformation, and thermal deformation of the transfer process system. If the machining center performs some hole processing, the coaxiality of the workpiece is not ensured by the rotation accuracy of the machine tool spindle, but by the fixture. When the machine tool spindle and the workpiece are selected for floating connection, the original errors of the machine tool spindle will no longer affect the machining accuracy, but will be transferred to the fixture to ensure the machining accuracy.
6、 The error grouping method in processing results in processing errors in this process due to the presence of rough errors in the process. The change in blank errors has two main impacts on this process: reaction errors and positioning errors.
